Portrait Procedure

A portrait, is a collaboration between artist and client.  The first meeting can be either at the
home of the client, or at the artists studio. At that time the formality of the portrait will be
decided, and background and clothing chosen. I will do a charcoal sketch to determine the
composition I have in mind, and then proceed with a photo session.
Upon returning to my studio the final design will be decided, and a comprehensive sketch
will be done in color for the clients approval. Any changes can easily be made at this time.

When all decisions are made, so that  work on the portrait can begin, the cost is then
adjusted and finalized. A finish date will  be set and  determined by my work schedule at
that time.

Payment:
A 1/3 deposit is due when sketch is
approved.  Deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due when the painting is
delivered.
